Local Counsel services

Attorney Einhorn regularly acts as local counsel in Connecticut federal court for out-of-state lawyers and has been doing so for many years, often in high profile cases. Fees can be negotiated depending on the nature of the services required.

Local counsel is usually preferable to pro hac vece applications for out-of-state lawyers, in that each district and usually each judge within that district has his or local rules. Attorney Einhorn is familiar with the chambers practices of Connecticut’s federal judges and can assist counsel with their case.
